My Current Setup

This month I started taking working out more seriously. This implied a few changes to my lifestyle, but the main ones were proper supplement usage, calorie tracking, consistent gym schedule, and possibly the most important, keeping proper track of my exercises. As such, here is the place where I'm going to publicly record my workouts. This format may kinda suck but I'll figure it out over the next couple of months. One thing to note is that since I started creatine, I've been having pretty bad headaches from not hydrating myself enough, which is why some of the sets are marked with headache, which would either mean lower weight or shorter workout or both. Overall, this month brought me from 140 pounds to 155 pounds.

July Workouts


Yesterday, I ate meat for the first time in almost 10 years? Why? I'm not 100% sure, but mostly as an avid gym-goer, I want to be more efficient with my macros so that I can build muscle more efficiently. That's the easy reason, though.

I've oftentimes felt that there was an occasional disconnect between my parents and I just because we have disjoint interests and perhaps a light generational impact. So in an attempt to have something in common with my father (who has been vegetarian his whole life) I decided to go vegetarian.

Overall, I haven't seen too may benefits. If anything, the initial switch helped me with self-control. Though I don't regret going vegetarian, I'm happy to return to my omnivorous ways.
